A full safety inspection takes about 45 minutes. We check every critical component, clean the rail, lubricate moving parts and test all safety features — then give you a written report.

Is the warranty really 12 months?: Yes — every stairlift we fit, new or reconditioned, includes a 12-month parts and labour warranty as standard. If anything goes wrong, we fix it at no extra cost.
What happens after the warranty ends?: You can book annual servicing anytime, and we offer extended care plans for peace of mind. Most customers simply call us when needed — we're local, so response times are fast.
How much does servicing cost?: Annual servicing starts at £80. This includes a full safety inspection, battery test, rail lubrication and a written condition report. If we find a fault, we'll quote before doing any extra work.
Do you do emergency repairs?: Yes — we offer 24-hour emergency callouts across Greater Manchester. If your stairlift breaks down, call 0161 330 5544 and we'll prioritise getting you moving again.
Can you service stairlifts fitted by other companies?: Usually yes — we work on most major brands including Acorn, Brooks, Handicare and Stannah. We'll inspect first and let you know if we can help.
